We want you to feel confident in your BN3TH gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
